Return Determination: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If the return is accepted, you will receive a full refund or store credit, depending on the return policy you selected during the return process. If the item(s) do not meet the return conditions, they may be sent back to you, or a partial refund may be issued.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without it.
